What does the treatment look like?

Consultation call:
A consultation call is an essential part of the treatment and would involve a 30 minute Zoom or Whats app call to discuss what you are looking to achieve.

RTT session (Hypnotherapy session):
We would then set up to meet (normally for upto 2 hours) for an online or face to face session (in one of my Ealing offices). I will get you to relax deeply and we will get to the root cause of where the problem is and to start the process of changing your negative beliefs.

Transformation recording:
During the RTT session I will create a bespoke recording for you to take away and to listen to for 21 days which is an imperative part of RTT. Our minds learn by repetition and we want to ensure that we really are able to reprogramme your subconscious patterns with new and empowering thoughts and beliefs.

Think of sports professionals training for a competition, they train every day and repeat every move, jump, kick many, many times because this is how they embed and wire their minds to perform the best they can. This is no different. By listening to your recording for 21 days you are creating new neural pathways.

Check-ins:
I will follow up with you briefly on Day 2, Day 10.

Follow up and Coaching session:
At day 21 I will check in with you to see how you have progressed and next steps.
