Hello and Welcome,
If you are a woman feeling weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, or a constant inner critic, you're not alone - and you don't have to navigate this on your own.
This is a space where your needs come first. A space where you can exhale, be heard, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Working with me will be an opportunity to explore what experiences, beliefs, thought patterns or feelings might be holding you back.
I work with women who are tired of second-guessing themselves, who feel anxious in their relationships, careers, or daily lives, and who are ready to build the self-esteem they have always wanted and deserved. Together we will gently explore the patterns holding you back, and begin to create new, empower ways of thinking, feeling and being.
You are capable. You are enough. And you are worthy of feeling good in your own skin.
My role as the therapist is to listen to you, to ask thought-provoking questions, to offer support and tools to empower you to make positive choices that will improve your emotional well-being. I am here to walk alongside you. Our work together will be full of empathy, curiosity and compassion.
I have over 10 years experience of working with clients face to face or online. I offer short to long-term counselling for 18+ in Ealing Broadway or Boston Manor.
Ready to begin? Let's talk.
Reaching out for support is a brave and powerful choice. If you are ready to start feeling more confident, calm and in control, I am here to help.
