Hello and Welcome,
I am Kirsty, a BACP-registered therapist based in West London. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to talk freely about the issues that might be troubling you.

I work with clients who suffer with anxiety, depression and low mood, problems with relationships, grief and loss, people pleasing and lack of boundaries, stress and overwhelm. I am particularly interested in working with woman with ADHD or have suffered from narcissistic abuse.

We all go through difficult times and sometimes we need someone to talk to. Working with me will be an opportunity to explore what experiences, beliefs, thought patterns or feelings might be holding you back.

My role as the therapist is to listen, ask thought-provoking questions, to offer support and tools to empower you to make positive choices that will improve your emotional well-being. We are the experts in our own lives and I am here to walk alongside you. Our work together will be full of empathy, curiosity and compassion. I

I offer short to long-term counselling for adults face to face in W5 and W7 and also online depending on your preference.

Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to arrange an initial free consultation over the phone.
