5 tips on how to deal with panic attacks
Anxiety is a debilitating condition to suffer from. Panic attacks are frightening but there are many ways of helping yourself in those moments.
Sometimes we get to a place where we can no longer manage on our own; when everything becomes too difficult, we end up feeling overwhelmed and low. You don't have to cope on your own.
Entering therapy can be the first step toward change. You will learn more about yourself and understand the causes of your problems and how you want to live your life. I feel passionate about empowering my clients so that they can move forward and lead a more fulfilled and happy life.
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist in West London, working from my private practices in Ealing Broadway, W5 and Hanwell, W7. I also work online via Zoom or Skype.
I am warm, empathic and non-judgemental and can help you gently explore and develop a greater understanding of what is going on in your life. We will work collaboratively and at your own pace.
You will learn more about yourself and gain more self-belief, enabling you to make positive changes and have clarity from now on.
You can expect a safe place where I will listen to your feelings in confidence and with a non-judgmental and supportive attitude. I will encourage you to explore the issues you wish to in a working relationship that is mutually respectful and which will keep your interests at the centre of your sessions.
I welcome clients from all different cultures, ages, genders, sexualities and walks of life and I offer counselling for a variety of problems including Affairs and betrayals, Anxiety and Low-mood, Confidence issues, Relationship difficulties, Narcissistic abuse, Assertiveness and holding boundaries, Bereavement or Loss or if you have a desire to work on your personal development in general.
I work with adults (18+) on a short to long-term basis.
