We all go through difficult times and sometimes we just need someone to talk to. Therapy is an opportunity to be heard, to make sense of what is going on for you and to create new ways of dealing with feelings and situations.

Everything discussed is confidential and I offer a safe space for you to bring whatever you need and want to. It's an opportunity to explore what beliefs and patterns might be holding you back.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation - this gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and to get a feel for myself and how I work.

I offer short to long-term counselling for adults face to face in W5 and W7 and also online depending on your preference.
