Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Are you struggling with your relationships or boundaries? Or maybe you have lost someone who was important to you.

Sometimes we are faced with challenges where we don't know how to cope without support. We all deal with situations differently. You don't have to cope on your own.

Our work together will be full of empathy, curiosity and compassion. I am warm, empathic and non-judgemental and can help you gently explore and develop a greater understanding of yourself. Everything discussed is confidential. It's an opportunity to explore what beliefs and patterns might be holding you back. We will work collaboratively and at your own pace.

I welcome clients from all different cultures, ages, genders, sexualities and walks of life.

Affairs and betrayals, Anxiety and Low-mood, Confidence issues, Relationship difficulties, Narcissistic abuse, Assertiveness and holding boundaries, Bereavement or Loss or if you have the desire to work on your personal development in general.

I work with adults (18+) on a short to long-term basis. I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions.

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist in West London, working from my private practice in Ealing Broadway, W5. I also work online via Zoom or Skype. My working hours are 8 am - 6 pm Mondays - Wednesdays and 8 am - 2 pm on Thursdays.
