Hello,
Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Are you struggling with your relationships or boundaries? Or maybe you have lost someone who was important to you.

Sometimes we get to a place where we can no longer manage on our own; when everything becomes too difficult, we end up feeling overwhelmed and low. You don't have to cope on your own.

You will learn more about yourself and how you want to live your life. I feel passionate about empowering my clients so that they can move forward and lead a more fulfilled and happy life.

I am warm, empathic and non-judgemental and can help you gently explore and develop a greater understanding of what is going on in your life. We will work collaboratively and at your own pace.

I welcome clients from all different cultures, ages, genders, sexualities and walks of life.

I have experience of working with the following issues:
Affairs and betrayals, Anxiety and Low-mood, Confidence issues, Relationship difficulties, Narcissistic abuse, Assertiveness and holding boundaries, Bereavement or Loss or if you have the desire to work on your personal development in general.

I work with adults (18+) on a short to long-term basis.

You can expect a safe place where I will listen to your feelings in confidence and with a non-judgmental and supportive attitude. I will encourage you to explore the issues you wish to in a working relationship that is mutually respectful and which will keep your interests at the centre of your sessions.

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist in West London, working from my private practices in Ealing Broadway, W5 and Hanwell, W7. I also work online via Zoom or Skype. My working hours are 8 am - 6 pm Mondays - Wednesdays and 8 am - 2 pm on Thursdays. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to offer any evening appointments.
