Counselling and RTT therapy in Ealing W5, Hanwell W7 & Online

Hello,
Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Are you struggling with your relationships or boundaries? Or are you suffering with fears or even an addiction you just can't shake?.

Sometimes we form beliefs about ourselves (mostly in childhood) and we end up forming coping mechanisms that no longer serve us as an adult. Or something happens to us that we have no control over such as a loss of someone, our health, the ending of a relationship. You don't have to cope on your own and entering talking therapy or RTT therapy can start you on the road to a healthier and happier life.

Our work together will be full of empathy, curiosity and compassion. I am warm, empathic and non-judgemental. Everything discussed is confidential. It's an opportunity to explore what beliefs and patterns might be holding you back. We will work collaboratively and at your own pace.

I welcome clients from all different cultures, ages, genders, sexualities and walks of life.

These are some of the issues I have worked with:
Affairs and betrayals, Anxiety and Low-mood, Confidence issues, Relationship difficulties, Narcissistic abuse, Assertiveness and holding boundaries, Bereavement or Loss, addictions, fears and phobias or fertility and birth issues.

I work with adults (18+) on a short to long-term basis. Talking therapy sessions are held weekly or fortnightly. RTT sessions are normally one or two over a period of 1-2 months.

What are the benefits to having counselling?

  • improved communication and interpersonal skills.
  • greater self-awareness, self-compassion and self-esteem.
  • the ability to change self-defeating behaviours/ habits
  • better expression and management of emotions, including anger.
  • relief from depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions.
  • feeling stronger and more sure of yourself.
  • feeling in a less emotionally painful place.
  • reaching a place of acceptance.

Entering therapy can be the first step to changing your life.

You will learn more about yourself and gain more self-belief, enabling you to make positive changes and have clarity going forward.

You can expect a safe place where I will listen to your feelings in confidence and with a non-judgmental and supportive attitude. I will encourage you to explore the issues you wish to in a working relationship that is mutually respectful and which will keep your interests at the centre of your sessions.
