How I work as a coach:

As a life coach I help individuals identify their goals, overcome obstacles and help them make positive changes in areas of their lives, such as career, relationships, health and personal development.

I work one on one with you using various techniques and tools like goal-setting, accountability and personalised strategies to empower you to achieve your desired outcomes.

Bringing my knowledge and experience of human psychology and work as a psychotherapist, I am keen to help you to propel forwards and to achieve the goals you are wanting to work towards. I will be your supporter, accountability partner and cheerleader in one!

I use various tools drawn from Transactional Analysis, NLP and more and often will use deep questioning to help you uncover new ways forwards.

I offer my clients a safe and non-judgemental space where they can address their challenges, concerns and overcome internal blocks or beliefs that might be holding them back.
